Requirements
- Previous medical billing experience required
- Experience with Home Care and/or Skilled Home Health billing required
- Working knowledge of ICD-10 diagnosis coding preferred
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Private Pay, and Workers' Compensation billing preferred
- Familiarity with skilled home health documentation, authorizations, and payer requirements strongly preferred
- Experience reviewing clinical documentation, visit notes, EVV data, and caregiver flowsheets for billing accuracy preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer, data entry, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities
