Job Description
**BAYADA Home Health Care** is currently seeking an experienced **Certified Home Health Aide, HHA** for an opportunity completing home care **visits** to clients located throughout **Hudson County** . Please note this is a visiting aide position, so **day time availability during the week is required.**
Candidate **must have reliable transportation** as travel to visit multiple patients throughout the day is required.
As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
