Overview
Helio Health, Inc.is on a mission to promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. To support the mission ofHelio Health, Inc. theHome Health Aidefor theAging In Place Program assists individuals with activities of daily living and health related tasks to help the individuals maintain independence and function at the highest level.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, Days
Pay rate: $22.00/hr.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for aSign-On incentiveup to$1,500!
Responsibilities
+ Takes direction from the Nursing Team Leader, Team Leader, Clinic/Program Director and/or Service Director and keeps them informed regarding content and volume of workload.
+ Works with individuals/patients in Residential programs and homes, and internal and external community agencies and organizations.
