Job Description

Pride Health is hiring a Home Health/Hospice RN for a client in MS! (Contract)
 

Schedule & Work Details


  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

  • On-call: Minimal- One Saturday a month 

  • Coverage areas include Pearl River County, Hancock County, Stone County

  • Mileage reimbursed between patient visits

  • Hourly pay rate: $48-53.00 per hour



Key Responsibilities


  • Complete RN OASIS Start of Care assessments accurately and in a timely manner

  • Perform RN discharge visits and recertification assessments

  • Provide skilled nursing services including medication set ups and wound care

  • Assess patient condition, monitor progress, and identify changes requiring intervention
