Physical Therapist (PT)

Multiple Locations | Multiple Openings

We are actively seeking Home Health Physical Therapists (PTs) to support multiple high-demand markets nationwide. While we currently have over 20 open roles across the organization, the locations listed below represent our priority coverage areas requiring immediate support.




Position Details


  • Primary need: Full-time commitment

  • Productivity expectation for full time PTs: Approximately 25-28 visits per week

  • Territory coverage: Flexible geographic maps available in most markets
