BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a **Full-Time** **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients who are living in **Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities** . + Use strong **head-to-toe assessment** skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
