Black & Grey HR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Healthcare Assistant / Nursing Assistant to provide one-to-one supportive care to a young child in a home-based family setting in Dubai. This role is ideal for a caregiver with strong English communication skills, a nurturing approach, and the ability to work closely with therapists and family members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily home healthcare support tailored to the child’s individual needs in a safe, caring, and positive environment.
- Attend and actively participate in therapy sessions (physiotherapy, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy) and implement therapist-guided exercises at home.
- Conduct structured play and interaction activities to support speech, language, and developmental milestones.
