Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Ghansoli / Mahape, Navi Mumbai Shift: Day Shift Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd Saturday Shift Time-9am to 9pm (Any 9hrs shift) Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential customers for home loans, insurance, personal loans, and credit cards. Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain consistent performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Promote HDFCs financial products through proactive outreach and follow-ups. Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to enhance sales strategies and customer service. Requirements: HSC with minimum 1 year of sales/telesales experience; fresh graduates also eligible. Graduate candidates with strong communication and sales skills. Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred. Age up to 32 years (based on experience).
