An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to lead a beautiful nursing, residential and dementia care home in Shropshire. The service holds a Good CQC rating and is part of a growing, supportive provider with a strong focus on quality, leadership and continuous improvement.
This is a full Home Manager‑level position, suitable for either a clinical or non‑clinical leader, with full responsibility for the operational, regulatory and cultural leadership of the home.
