Job Description

Triage clinical conditions and respond in a timely manner
Manage and monitor a patient's needs.
ADLs
Maintain proper documentation.
Assisting the Doctor as needed.
Provide Private Shift Nursing at Home
Report to NM/Dr
12hrs shift work if necessary (8am-8pm/8pm-8am and/or other negotiable timings)
