Job Description
Our Homecare Nurses deliver clinical care to patients in a home setting under the Mobile Inpatient Care @ Home programme. This role requires strong clinical competency, independence, and the ability to manage patients safely outside of a traditional hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Care (Primary Role) Core Clinical Responsibilities- Vital signs monitoring and escalation of abnormalities
- IV therapy (PICC, CVC, peripheral)
- Physical assessment and patient evaluation
- IV cannulation and venipuncture
- Central line management
- Wound care, lines and drainage management
- Communicate patient conditions effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. hospital partners)
