About the Role
As part of our Housing First and trauma-informed service, you’ll:
- Conduct intake, assessment and case management with individuals and families
- Manage a caseload of around 10–12 participants, plus drop-in crisis assessments on rotation
- Develop and deliver client-focused case plans to achieve sustainable housing outcomes
