**Hone Operator:**
* Sets up and operates all precision honing equipment with the exception of the super hone for production, experimental, and tool work.
* Selects proper speeds, feeds and stones. Holds work to required tolerances.
* Set-ups are exacting usually requiring firm and accurately set fixtures, rests or blocks.
* Works from blueprints or specific written or verbal instructions and is required to check work to required tolerances.
* Determines correct procedures to follow, devises methods of honing non-routine parts or assemblies, and makes effective recommendations for improvements in procedures an...
