POSITION
We have a full-time position for a Horticultural Supervisor available in Atherton 4883.
SKILLS
You require at least a Certificate IV level qualification and at least 1 year of relevant employment experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as the Horticultural Supervisor will be to supervise farm cultivation operations at different farming stages of fruit growth.
TASKS
The position will require you to perform the following tasks;
- Taking directions from managers to meet production objectives.
- Supervise a wide range of farm operations as harvesting, bagging, de-budding, de-leafing, de-suckering, dieseling, and pruning.
- Train new staff as to required duties for their position.<...
