Our Horticulture Experts play an essential role in delivering customer experience across our stores - driving sales, promoting customer loyalty, providing excellent plant advice and maintaining department standards, whilst working alongside the Horticulture Manager.
Responsibilities
Supporting and coaching other members of staff and deputising for management in their absenceDemonstrate effective leadership by working alongside the horti team to create a positive working environmentGiving great customer service by helping customers with various transactions across the storeDriving sales through customer interactions, whilst promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membershipOffering a helping hand with customer queries through high-quality product knowledge including indoor and outdoor plants, machinery and core gardeningWorking with your team to ensure the department is kept to a high standard
