Minimum Requirements
- 5 years’ hands‑on experience in growing plants, preferably in a horticultural or agricultural setting.
- At least 6 years of experience working with labour in South Africa, with a strong understanding of local labour dynamics and regulations.
- Fluency in Xhosa is essential for effective communication with team members.
- Excellent operational and organisational skills, with a proven track record of managing complex farm activities.
