Palliative care focuses on improving quality of life for patients and families facing serious illness-requiring strong communication, collaboration, and a patient-centered approach. At USACS, our teams are supported and structured to allow APPs to focus on meaningful, compassionate care. We're adding a Palliative Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to our team at Baptist Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Practice Highlights:
- Established palliative care program within a large health system
- Interdisciplinary team including Physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff
- Inpatient consult service focused on symptom management and goals-of-care discussions
- Collaborative environment with strong physician support
- EMR: Epic
- 2 weeks of PTO
- No weekends or Holidays
- Monday - Friday day shift role
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 pay of $75/hour PLUS...
