JOB DETAILS
1.To Supervise all activities in OT, and all other departments
2.Overall in charge of administration / medical-legal procedure of the Hospital.
3.To investigate all complaints regarding patient care and report to MS
4.To explore the possibilities of research work and coordinate in pursuing the research activities in various departments.
5.Interface between medical services and various departments like business development, legal services, billing, IT, and provide medical/expert inputs for the smooth functioning of the other departments.
6.MIS reporting (daily, weekly & monthly basis) including data collection & analysis.
7.To prepare the duty roster
8.Optimal utilization of resources in the core areas of concern.
9.Ensure departmental standards/protocols are met, maintained and reviewed
