About the Role
Slade Pharmacy is excited to become the new pharmacy services provider to St John of God Private Hospital Geelong in July 2026. We are seeking a passionate and driven Hospital Pharmacist to join our new team on a permanent part-time basis, working 2 weekdays per week.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while working within a supportive and collaborative hospital environment.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services across both inpatient and discharge settings. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and personalised medication management throughout the patient journey.
