How you will make an impact
- Uphold the Cartier image and provide a consistent excellent client experience throughout the entire client journey.
- Manage waiting times by informing clients about approximate waiting times and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique.
- Ensure a smooth client flow and orientation throughout their journey in the boutique by assessing clients’ needs and being prompt and positive in responding to their concerns.
