We are seeking a warm, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join our friendly team based at Yarrow, Botanical Place in West Byfleet. This is a Bank position to cover holiday and sickness.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our residents, visitors, and customers have memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
- Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, anticipating and meeting their hospitality needs.
- Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
