Hospitality Supervisor
£16.07 per hour + company benefits. Full‑time hours include some weekend work.
Location: Thurnby Fields, Leicester – Opening September 2026.
The role is to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction at all times, overseeing the operations of the home.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, control and manage the home’s budgets, ensuring the departments use nominated suppliers.
- Recruit, train and manage all team members, ensuring performance standards are understood and maintained.
- Ensure that the catering service meets high standards in presentation and menu content, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver quality service that is value for money.
- Monitor and support the dining areas during meal times to meet the highest standards.
