We are looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to oversee our Hospitality Assistants and help provide a high-quality food and beverage service to patients, visitors, and staff across our hospice. We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading teams.
In this varied role, you will supervise and support the hospitality team, manage rotas and staffing requirements, oversee training and compliance, monitor performance and attendance, and ensure excellent service standards are maintained throughout the wards and bistro.
