Position Summary
The Lead Host is the first and last impression of our restaurant. This role oversees the host team while actively managing guest flow, reservations, and the overall front-door experience. The Lead Host sets the tone for hospitality, ensures smooth service, and supports the front-of-house team during service.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and manage waitlists and reservations with professionalism
Lead, train, and support the host team during shifts
Coordinate seating to balance service flow and maximize guest satisfaction
Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with care and urgency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
Assist management with scheduling, onboarding, and performance feedback for hosts
