Summary
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Only Malaysian citizens or Permanent Residents of Malaysia will be considered due to government work permit restrictions.
