JOB SUMMARY
The Restaurant Host's key duties are to greet guests warmly, maintain reservations and and organized waitlist, assist with inquiries and support the front-of-house team as needed. This position will be responsible for the following:

Ensure the proper setup of dining room.Promptly greet guests and patrons personally as they enter the establishment.Escort guests and patrons to their table.Present menus, make recommendations and take orders if necessary.Ensure dining room seating is controlled and that there is server parity in number of tables.Liaise between staff and guests to ensure guest needs, as well as expectations are exceeded.Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.Assist individuals with disabilities.Thank guests with genuine appreciation upon departure.Answ...
