We are seeking a Host/Hostess to join the team at Doris Metropolitan. The Host at Doris Metropolitan is the face of the restaurant. They are the first and last face our guests see. Your goal is to quickly build rapport with patrons and make them feel welcome.
Their primary responsibility is greeting and seating guests. They are responsible for the phones and making reservations according to the policies we have in place. They greet each of our guests warmly as they enter the restaurant inquiring about reservation status. They are responsible for helping to accommodate as many guests as possible for the best flow of the restaurant.
