Position: Hotel Bellman
Work Week & Shift: 6 days
Location: Central Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth, attend to enquiries, and provide tourist information.
- Assist guests with special needs or physical disabilities .
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room amenities and facilities.
- Provide luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests.
- Direct traffic at the driveway and assist guests in and out of vehicles.
- Deliver incoming items to guest rooms promptly.
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of luggage rooms and trolleys.
- Ensure guest safety by reporting any suspicious persons, activities, or items.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level qualification.
