Job Description

Hotel Contract Manager – Palma de Mallorca

SoHolidays Spain is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Hotel Contract Manager to join our team in Palma de Mallorca.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand our hotel portfolio across Spain and key destinations.
  • Negotiate FIT, allotment, and free-sale agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners.
  • Monitor hotel performance and market competitiveness.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support company growth.
Requirements

✔ Experience in hotel contracting within a Bedbank, OTA, DMC, Tour Operator, or Hotel Chain.

✔ Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

✔ Fluent English required.

✔ Spanish is a plus.

✔ Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
