Position Overview
This is a leadership opportunity to operate and manage a high‑profile 5 star hotel, in Kuala Lumpur’s most iconic locations. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless living experience for guests while maintaining high standards in service and operational excellence. This role leads the on‑site team, manages day‑to‑day operations, and ensures that the brand delivers a welcoming, well‑managed, and vibrant residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of KiN Living, including front desk, housekeeping, engineering, maintenance, F&B, and guest services.
- Ensure seamless coordination across all operational teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
- Maintain the property to 5-star standards , ensuring cleanliness, maintenance and presentation at all times.
