Job description:
- Manage the coworking coliving branches of our business (training available)
- Work “hands on” in many areas, especially direct contact with members
- Make members feel welcome, ensure “above and beyond” level of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage membership tracking and new member orientation
- Handle marketing with freelancer
- Manage staff
- Event management
