Job Description
What you will do?
- Supports daily hotel operations (city-wide area) to ensure they meet RedDoorz Operational SOPs & standards.
- Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards.
- Works closely with hotel teams to improve guest experience and support property management and local marketing efforts.
- Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in Hotel Management, Account Management.
- Ability to supervise operational things in Star rating Hotel.
- A bachelor's degree is required, with preference for those in Hospitality,Tourism, or related fields.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English will be point plus.
- Availability to do business trip when needed.
