SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing guest service, rooms and maintenance in order to maximize guest satisfaction and for the strategic development of the property. The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the hotel alongside the General Manager and will act as the main contact for the location in the General Managerâs absence.
