Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Identify and secure new business opportunities and corporate partnerships
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
Promote hotel services, packages, and events to potential clients
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Represent the hotel in networking events and industry functions
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
Minimum 7–10 years' experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry
Strong background in hotel sales, corporate sales, and business development
