The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily Guest Services operations while driving room sales performance through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and corporate accounts. This role ensures revenue growth, operational efficiency, and excellent guest experience.

Guest Services Operations
- Supervise daily Front Office and Guest Services activities.
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and booking accuracy.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure service recovery when needed.
