Hotel/Lodge Manager (Northern SK Mine Site)

This role oversees all support services on site, including front desk, food service, janitorial and housekeeping at remote northern mine locations. The manager is responsible for organisational and client service management, ensuring operations comply with client contracts and applicable laws.
Responsibilities
- Ensure site operations follow client contracts and meet client obligations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial laws, OH&S regulation, and union agreements where applicable.
- Monitor department budgets and maintain them within monthly expectations.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels within budgetary constraints.
