**Hourly Supervisor, Retail Café Operations**
We are seeking an **Hourly Supervisor** to support daily operations in a busy, client-facing retail café. This hands-on role helps lead the team, monitor service and quality, support staffing needs, and ensure safety, sanitation, and Aramark standards are met.
This is a **union house** , so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a union environment, following established procedures, and partnering professionally with management and union team members.
Strong communication, adaptability, good judgment, and bilingual ability are a plus.
