Job Title: House Manager

Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week guaranteed, with opportunity for overtime hours
Schedule
- Core hours typically 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday during the school year.
- One late evening per week (approximately 5 hours) for date night coverage.
- Weekend availability is essential but not guaranteed weekly, ranging from 5-6 hours to 18 hours depending on family needs.
- Schedule resets quarterly based on children's sports seasons.
- Summer schedule is similar but may include more daytime childcare hours as children attend various camps.
Compensation: $33-38/hour. Hours over 40 per week paid at the hourly rate. Performance bonus eligible.
