At Apleona we are always on the lookout for talented and dynamic staff to join our team . We currently have an opening as a House Supervisor at a religious site in Tullamore, Co Offaly
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 5 Hours per day/25 hours per week
Main duties and responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to all direct reports (housekeeping staff, catering staff, cleaning operatives).
- Support a strong team dynamic by being a team player and a role model and Lead by example to others.
- Support the integration of care through collaboration throughout the various teams.
- Communicate effectively with all staff, residents, external professionals, and other visitors.
- Work efficiently with administration, care, and maintenance staff. and take part in multidisciplinary care meetings.
