**Position Purpose**
Under the direction of the Environmental Services Manager or designee, the Housekeeper (Environmental Support Assistant) plays a vital role in ensuring a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This position supports Highland Hills’ mission by creating a warm, home-like atmosphere where residents can thrive.
**What You Will Do**
+ Perform light to thorough housekeeping in resident apartments and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitization, and floor care
+ Complete laundry services such as collecting, washing, folding, and distributing resident linens and garments
+ Perform deep cleaning of apartments during resident move-outs
+ Empty trash and recyclables and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas
