- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of hotel rooms and guest communal areas.
- Perform turndown and general housekeeping services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Exceed guest expectations from arrival to departure across all areas of their stay.
- Ensure all guest special requests and requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled by relevant departments.
- Deliver consistently high standards of service at all times.
- Use creative thinking to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Adhere to and maintain health and safety standards at all times.
