Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Room Servicing: Deep clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel brand standards.
- Replenishment: Ensure all guest rooms are perfectly stocked with fresh bed linens, towels, and complimentary amenities (toiletries, tea/coffee).
- Quality Check: Test and report all room fixtures (lights, AC, plumbing) to the maintenance department to ensure a flawless guest experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and manage housekeeping carts and supplies, ensuring the proper use and storage of chemicals and equipment.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest requests for extra amenities or assistance promptly, courteously, and with a professional demeanor.
