Duties and Responsibilities as a Housekeeping Personnel:

1. Clean guest rooms and hotel public areas to the hotel's high standards and guidelines.
2. Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities.
3. Ensure towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly.
4. Report maintenance requirements.
5. Report lost property following correct hotel procedures.
6. Ensure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly.
