We are currently seeking Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park. Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Executive Housekeeper, you will play a key role in leading daily housekeeping operations, supporting and developing team members, maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient and seamless guest experience across our dual-branded hotel. As our next Housekeeping Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Oversee and assist with managing the in-house Housekeeping Department.
- Allocate and organise daily room assignments and team responsibilities.
- Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, inspected and released in a timely manner to meet arrival and check-in requirements.
- Perform detailed room inspections to ensure brand excellence is upheld.
