Job Title: UAE Housekeeping Supervisor (Female only)
Location: Al Barari, Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Housekeeping Staff: Lead, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, provide feedback and coaching to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality cleaning services.
- Quality Control and Inspections: Conduct room and public area inspections, maintain cleanliness standards, report maintenance or repair needs, and address guest preferences and special requests.
- Inventory and Supplies Management: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, guest amenities and equipment; maintain stock and assist in ordering to keep the department running efficiently.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address complaints promptly, fulfill guest requests such as extra towels or special cleaning preferences, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
