Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of EVS staff. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and patient satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Supervise, train, and motivate EVS staff. Manage daily shift schedules and assign specific cleaning tasks.
+ Work hands-on with staff when necessary or when short staffed to ensure departmental expectations and responsibilities are met.
+ Conduct routine inspections of rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure company cleanliness and safety standards are strictly met.
+ Manage inventories for cleaning supplies, linens, and room essentials. Prepare requisitions to ensure staff have the materials needed.
+ Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints regarding housekeeping services.
