Your new role
You’ll join a forward‑thinking housing provider as the Housingpliance Coordinator, supporting the delivery of safe, well‑managed homes across the organisation. Working closely with contractors, surveyors, housing teams and senior managers, you’ll keeppliance activity running smoothly across key areas including gas, electrical, fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, lifts, and wider building safety.Day‑to‑day, you’ll managepliance data, chase outstanding actions, update asset systems, prepare reports, support audits, liaise with residents, and ensure all documentation is accurate,plete and audit‑ready. You’ll be a central point of coordination — keeping everyone aligned, informed andpliant.What you'll need to succeed
