The primary purpose of this position is to develop and execute policies, programs, and procedures for assigned segments of the Major Command (MAJCOM) Headquarters housing program. Responsibilities 1: Develops and implements Command-wide policies, programs, and procedures for assigned segments of MAJCOM housing program. 2: Provides authoritative technical assistance to Command installations and other MAJCOM functions on assigned segments of the housing program. 3: Evaluates the effectiveness of the assigned segments of the housing program in meeting legal and regulatory requirements and the needs of the members assigned housing. 4: Represents the MAJCOM housing program with a wide variety of internal and external officials.
