The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Housing Privatization Program Manager responsible for ensuring project owner's (PO) compliance with transaction documents. Also provides financial management oversight and analysis regarding the fiscal health of the project. Responsibilities Hanscom AFB is located in a high cost of living area. DUTY 1: Manages daily work associated with the operations and utilization of privatized housing. Acts as liaison between property management, tenants, PO and all applicable agencies in support of the project. DUTY 2: Performs financial analysis of installation housing privatization project and housing operations and maintenance (O&M) accounts using financial statements, budgets, historical data, and personal research.
