Housing Officer

As a Housing Officer , no two days are ever the same. You’ll be at the heart of our communities, owning your patch and making a visible difference to people’s lives. From managing tenancies and lettings to shaping safer, stronger neighbourhoods, you’ll work proactively to resolve issues, drive improvements and deliver a great customer experience. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll collaborate with colleagues and partners, influence change on the ground and see the real impact of your work. As a Housing Officer, a typical day might include:

Proactively managing tenancies and taking the necessary enforcement action.

Dealing with all aspects of the allocation and letting process.

Coordinating mutual exchanges, successions, or other tenancy changes.

Carrying out regular neighbourhood audits and developing neighbourhood plans to improve the communities we work.
